Can old, set-in stains still be removed?
Sometimes. Heat-set stains are the hardest, but our stain-specific treatments recover many older marks. We'll always tell you honestly what's achievable before treating.
What should I do before sending a stained garment?
Don't iron it and don't rub it hard — both set the stain. Blot excess, keep it dry, and tell us what caused the stain when you book the pickup.
